What happens to items nobody takes?

We help you arrange donation pickup with local charities for anything that's left. Our goal is zero waste — items either go to a neighbor or to an organization that can use them.

Do I need to be home the entire day?

That's up to you. Since items are set outside or in the garage, many homeowners check in at the start and end of the day. We manage the event remotely through our ticketing and scheduling system — we don't send staff to your home.

Is this really free right now?

Yes. We're running a limited pilot in Tampa to refine the experience. The full service will be $399 — a fraction of what estate sale companies charge. Pilot participants get the complete experience at no cost.

How do you keep things organized and safe?

Every visitor registers in advance and receives a timed ticket. This means a steady, manageable flow of people — not a free-for-all. Items are placed outside or in the garage, so visitors never need to enter the home.
